Government should provide financial assistance to the studnets with disabilities those who are studying at higher education level. in india persons with disabilities are more than ST's population, so government need to foucs more on this invisible minority group. Govy should make policy that all universitites should have disability studies/sentres with cell like ST's & SC's.
